Nothing wraps up the end of the year like a ribbon cutting to celebrate new jobs! That’s what Taylor County’s own Frost-Arnett did this week. With company officials, employees and community leaders present, the company celebrated the official opening of its new 400-person call center in Campbellsville.

Frost-Arnett announced plans earlier this year to buy and renovate its new facility, located at 685 Watertower Bypass. The expansion was originally slated to create 135 new full-time jobs, in addition to its previous employee base of 185 associates. Since then, those job numbers have grown even further to a total of 400 employees.

Frost-Arnett officials joined employees and community leaders for a ribbon cutting marking the official opening of its new 400-person call center in Campbellsville, KY.

The newly renovated office space includes all new furniture, state-of-the-art amenities, technology and telephony capabilities.

“This office gives us the opportunity to offer more than 200 additional jobs in a beautiful call center that we hope our employees are excited to come to everyday,” said Paul Sachtleben, President of Frost-Arnett. “They deserve a great environment and we believe this beautifully designed office provides it.”

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Frost-Arnett is celebrating its 126th anniversary this year.  The company provides customer care and collections, primarily for health care organizations nationwide. Tracing its roots back to 1893, the company has been privately held by the Martin family since the early 1930’s.

Frost-Arnett currently works for over 2,000 clients across the United States providing services for major hospital systems, large multi-specialty physician groups, anesthesiology practices, lab companies, mental health providers, ambulatory service centers, and even single-doc practices.

“Our growth to date has been entirely organic, coming from client referrals and sales introductions and good old-fashioned networking,” added Sachtleben. “The result of that growth is that we are in the top 1 percent for healthcare-only agencies in the US. Our philosophy has always been to treat people with empathy and respect. It is who this organization has always been and always will be. The only way we have been successful is to have people that believe that same thing. Campbellsville is a town that shares those beliefs.”
