Due to the high number of employees who have been or will be laid off due to COVID-19, beginning April 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020, all Kentucky Unemployment Insurance benefits that are paid out to employees will be charged to the pool account instead of individual employer reserve accounts. Employers with at least 100 employees can also file mass E-Claims on behalf of their employees for Unemployment Insurance.
